Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us of any unauthorized use.

2. The Service

AIISAJOKE is a chat-first workspace that helps you generate images, video, and text using AI models orchestrated through third-party providers. Features, models, and limits may change as we develop the product.

3. Credits, plans, and billing

• Generation consumes credits. Different output types (for example text, image, and video) consume different amounts of credits, shown before or at the point of use.
• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for each billing period.
• You can cancel at any time in account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period unless required by law.
• Purchased and included credits may expire according to the rules shown in the product. Promotional or bonus credits may carry additional conditions.
• We may change prices or plan features on a prospective basis, with notice before the change applies to your next renewal.

4. Refunds

Because generation incurs real, immediate third-party compute costs, credits that have been consumed are generally non-refundable. Where a charge results from a proven billing error or a failed generation that was still charged, contact us and we will review and, where appropriate, credit or refund the affected amount. Nothing in this section limits statutory refund or withdrawal rights that apply to you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break the law or infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
• Generate sexual content involving minors, or content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or promotes violence.
• Create deceptive impersonations, fraud, malware, or content intended to deceive or harm others.
• Abuse, overload, reverse engineer, or circumvent the security, rate limits, or credit system of the Service.
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

6. Your content and generated output

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content to operate the Service, including sending it to the AI providers needed to fulfil your request.

As between you and us, you own the output you generate, to the extent it is capable of ownership under applicable law. AI output may be inaccurate, may resemble other works, and may be subject to the terms of the underlying model providers. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or publishing it, and for ensuring your use complies with the law and any applicable third-party terms.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party providers including Eachlabs for AI orchestration and Stripe for payments. Your use of features powered by these providers may also be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIISAJOKE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse shared infrastructure, or trigger our safety controls, and we may do so immediately where necessary to protect the Service or others. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

10. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will provide notice, and your continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
